At Design Essentials, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened condition.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact, and include your printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
